Thank you for Choosing Jester's Tech Repair! Below is our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. Not only do we strive for excellence with educating and repairing, we do everything in our power to keep your information private.

Jester's Tech Solutions LLC DBA Jester's Tech Repair -TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective Date: May 28, 2025 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal contract between Jester’sTech Repair, located at 706 HWY 12 W SUITE D ("Company"), and the individual or entity ("Customer") using the Company's electronic repair services ("Services"). By utilizing the Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. SERVICES PROVIDED 1.1 The Company provides electronic repair, diagnostics, and maintenance services for various devices, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles. 1.2 The Company makes no guarantee of full restoration or uninterrupted functionality of the repaired device, as repair outcomes can vary based on the device's condition. ESTIMATES AND PAYMENT 2.1 Estimates are provided based on our initial assessment of the device. The actual cost of the repair may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any changes to the estimate and obtain your approval before proceeding. Approval can be provided in writing or verbally. 2.2 Payment is due upon completion of the repair. 2.3 A diagnostic fee may be charged if you decline the repair after we have diagnosed the problem. This fee covers the time and expertise involved in diagnosing the issue. DATA LOSS 3.1 Important: You are solely responsible for backing up your data before bringing your device in for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. 3.2 While we take precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that your data will not be lost or corrupted. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES 4.1 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the device and its issues. 4.2 The Customer must remove or back up all data from their device before repair. The Company is not responsible for data loss. 4.3 The Customer must provide any necessary passwords or access to enable proper diagnostics and testing. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or loss of business. 5.2 The Company's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific repair service. ABANDONED DEVICES 6.1 If you fail to pick up your repaired device within 30 days after we notify you that it is ready, we may consider the device abandoned. We will attempt to contact you via phone and email before considering a device abandoned. 6.2 We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before disposing of an abandoned device. 6.3 We may sell or otherwise dispose of abandoned devices to recoup our costs. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING 7.1 We use SMS/text messaging through our point-of-sale (POS), to communicate with you regarding appointment reminders, repair updates, and, with your express consent, occasional promotional offers relevant to your device or repair history. 7.2 Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you consent to receive text messages from Jester’s Tech Repair for the specified purposes. You may provide consent verbally. 7.3 Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Doing so will remove you from all SMS campaigns managed through our POS provider. 7.4 Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will primarily receive messages related to scheduled appointments and updates on the status of your repairs. We will send promotional messages sparingly and only to those who have explicitly opted in. 7.5 Message and Data Rates May Apply: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. 7.6 10DLC Compliance: We are committed to complying with all applicable 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations and guidelines through SMS services. 7.7 Permitted Message Types: We only send the following types of SMS messages: Appointment Reminders: Notifications about upcoming scheduled appointments. Repair Updates: Updates on the status of your device repair (e.g., diagnostic complete, parts ordered, repair completed). Missed Call: If we miss a call from you, we may send you a message. Review Request: If we have completed a repair, we may request you share your feedback on our Google profile. 7.8 No Sharing of Information: We will not share your mobile number with any third parties for their marketing purposes. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER 8.1 The Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 8.2 The Company does not guarantee that the Services will result in a fully functional or flawless device. 8.3 30-Day Limited Warranty: The Company offers a 30-day limited warranty on parts replaced during the repair, covering malfunctioning parts only. This warranty does not apply to parts that are damaged or misused by the Customer after the initial repair, nor does it cover software issues or pre-existing problems not addressed in the initial repair. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 9.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including proprietary tools, techniques, and software, remain the exclusive property of the Company. 9.2 The Customer agrees not to copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse any of the Company's proprietary tools or methods. GOVERNING LAW 10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with any relevant state or federal laws, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications. AMENDMENTS 12.1 The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. SEVERABILITY 13.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
